Investors/Buyers
Submit you information to be on our list of qualified buyers. We buy large parcels and sell them off in different quantities. This leaves us with left over properties that need to be sold. All properties are sold at lower than appraised values. We do not warrant prices or their appraised values. All properties are sold as is condition.
The Nature of the Beast
We buy properties from banks and financial institutions. We lump these properties up into parcels and sell the lot off. Sometimes we have properties we have to remove from the parcel and will need to sell it separately. We sell these properties as is and for cash only. From time to time we do have homes that we sale for individuals or private investors that we deal with. Homes that we acquire usually sell quickly even in this down market. Our mark up is low so we can move houses.

Investors/Buyers
We are in the business of buying and selling Real Estate. We buy many REO parcels, individual properties,commercial housing which sometimes gives us more inventory than we would like. This is where you come in. We offer to qualified buyers on our list, properties that we have available for sale. Please submit the required information below to be put on our list.We have two list. VIP and Standard.
VIP Investors
VIP- Investors that have submitted a letter of credit from their bank or financial institution. This information will be verified for you to qualify for VIP. Please include the following:
1. Contact person
2. Phone # they can be reached at.
3. Purchasing amount
4. Submitted on their Letterhead
VIP Investors will always be considered first on any properties for sale.
Standard Buyers

Note; We do not accept or do Assignment of Contracts or Double closings.( We do have an option for you so that you can still make money from your buyers)
These are Cash or Financial Institution Buys
**We can do Notes for you that we write**
Do not send fax,e-mails only. We travel all the time an e-mails can be retrieved from anywhere. Faxes can not.
**A lot of people have been asking where their list is. All I can tell you is if you haven’t sent us a letter of credit then their hasn’t been any properties left over for non-VIP
