We have been asked why we don’t post our properties on our site if we deal in so many properties. The answer is we sale at a very low profit margin. That enables us to sale almost as fast as we buy. When we make a purchase we send them to our VIP list and their usually sold that day. If we have any left over their usually sold on day 2 or 3 but you get the point. We could not list them fast enough or remove them when their sold.Our Marketing strategy has always been buy low and sale low. That’s why we have with stood the crunch's of this market and will continue to do so. If you want to be on our list go to the Investors page and do your thing.
